CHEESE SPREAD WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL
Ingredients:
-3 tablespoons GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil
-250 g cottage cheese
-2 tablespoons sour cream
-1 small-sized onion
-1 garlic clove
-Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the cottage cheese into a bowl. Mash with a fork to remove the lumps. Add the sour cream. Peel and mince the onion and garlic, then add to cottage cheese.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the pumpkin seed oil and mix well.
Serve with brown bread or bread with seeds.

CURD SPREAD WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL
Ingredients:
-3 tablespoons GEA pumpkin seed oil
-250 g of curd/cottage cheese
-3 tablespoons of sour cream
-1 onion
-1 clove of garlic
-salt, pepper
Preparation:
Mix curd/cottage cheese with a fork in a bowl. Add sour cream, chopped garlic and sliced onions. Salt and pepper as desired and mix. Finally add the pumpkin seed oil and stir well.
